"I wear my Fenix flashlight every day. The nylon holster that came with it is comfortable and minimal, however it is soft. Occasionally, the light would come on when I sat in a chair and the holster was compressed by an arm. The light is powerful, and hot. It melted the nylon strap on the original holster. The new holster is more rigid and the base of it is hard enough to prevent an accidental turn-on. However, it is so rigid that it is bulky and requires even greater body awareness to fit through doors, sit in chairs, or try to fit into small spaces. The best of both worlds would be a holster that has a rigid base to prevent accidental turn-on, but soft and fitted enough to fit better while on a belt."

"This “holster” wouldn’t fit the light (even tho the measurement was correct) and wouldn’t snap. I had to place “holster” on work bench and tap snap with small hammer to close it. While on belt it was impossible to close. I just threw it in the trash and use a light carrier from another company."
"The build quality is solid, it is firm, maybe a bit too firm, but hopefully this will ease up over time. Easy to attach to belt or slide belt thru without unstrapping. Flashlight fits a little tight, removed clip and band to ease the fit. All in all, recommended as a replacement, but do prefer the size of the original case."

"Holster that came with my light has definitely seen some wear and tear from several years of carry. This holster is a major upgrade from the standard one. Better quality definitely. Snaps securely closed. Straps securely to your belt and has both velcro and a snap to keep it in place, much better than just sliding it onto your belt."
"This is a replacement for my last one. It only lasted a couple of years, but I put it through hell. I wear it daily and seem to drag or catch it on everything in confined spaces. It is way overbuilt, and I definitely appreciate that. This is one serious pouch for one serious flashlight."
