A damaged box item is exactly how it sounds. The LED flashlight and accessories are still brand new, but the box is damaged. This usually happens in shipping to our warehouse. These come at a great deal since the flashlights themselves are brand new and the only thing that's damaged is the box. If you don’t mind a damaged box, you’re getting this item at a steal! Whether it's a tear, dent, or more severe damage, the flashlight inside is still brand new, looks brand new, and thus is an excellent deal.
Customer returns are simply returned products that still function great and can be resold at a discounted price. With these products, they are sold in “open box condition” which means there may be some minor cosmetic damage and the original packaging may be damaged. However, the light itself is guaranteed to work and still comes with all the original accessories like a brand new flashlight.
Refurbished Fenix Lights
Finally, we have refurbished Fenix flashlights. Refurbished is a broader term. Typically, these are lights that had defective parts that needed to be replaced. They were sent back to Fenix for repairs and are working just as they should now! These LED flashlights are also considered to be in “open box condition”. We typically don’t have many refurbished flashlights, but they show up occasionally. These Fenix products are also guaranteed to work and you can get these Fenix flashlights at a great discount.
