Overview
Spot-and-floodlight delivers a max output of 4000 lumens, and high-CRI floodlight delivers a max output of 1200 lumens. 450 meters extended beam distance for the lighting needs in searching, rescuing, exploration, and other outdoor activities that require a higher level of professionalism. Utilizes one XHP70 neutral white LED and two Luminus SST20 warm white LEDs, with a lifespan of 50,000 hours each. Rotary switch and electronic switch for easy and fast operation. Quick-release large-capacity battery case with red light function and power bank function. Intelligent brightness downshifting function to avoid potentially dangerous high temperature(s) at close-range lighting. Inner waterproof USB Type-C charging port. IP66 rated protection and 2 meters impact resistance.
Variants: the standard HP35R (SKU FX-HP35R) has a regular rubber headband. The HP35R SAR (SKU FX-HP35R-SAR) instead uses a flame-retardant, fire-resistant rubber headband with a quick-assembly shroud design so the lamp can be mounted to different types of helmets, and includes 4 helmet attachment hooks in place of the cable clips. The two versions share identical LEDs, output modes, and Technical Parameters — only the headband/mounting hardware, overall dimensions, weight, and box contents differ.

Operating Instructions
On/Off: with the lamp switched off, turn the rotary switch clockwise from the off position to any designated mode to turn on the lamp. With the lamp switched on, turn the rotary switch counterclockwise back to the off position to turn it off.
Mode Switching: turn the rotary switch to cycle through Off → Spotlight → Floodlight → Spot-and-floodlight.
Output Selection: with the lamp switched on (in Spotlight, Floodlight, or Spot-and-floodlight mode), single click Switch A to cycle through Low → Med → High → Turbo.
Red Light Mode (Battery Case): On/off: press and hold Switch B for 0.5 seconds. Output selection: single click Switch B to select between Red flashing (5 lumens) and Red constant-on (20 lumens).
Intelligent Memory Circuit: the headlamp automatically memorizes the last selected output of each mode. When turned on again, the previously used output of the selected mode will be recalled.
Intelligent Brightness Downshifting Function
Turning the function on/off: On: with the lamp switched off, press and hold Switch A for 6 seconds — the headlamp will flash twice at Low output of Spot-and-floodlight mode, indicating the function is enabled. Off: press and hold Switch A for 6 seconds again — the headlamp will flash eight times at Low output of Spot-and-floodlight mode, indicating the function is disabled.
When the lamp head is close to an illuminated object (about 2.36"/60 mm) for more than 1 second, the headlamp will automatically downshift the brightness level to Low output to avoid potential burns caused by high temperature(s). When the lamp head is moved away from the illuminated object for more than 1.2 seconds, the headlamp will automatically recall the previously used output level.
Intelligent Overheat Protection
The lamp will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the lamp reaches a temperature of 55°C/131°F or above, it will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 55°C/131°F, the lamp will gradually recall the preset output level.
Low-Voltage Warning
When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the headlamp is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until Low output is reached. When this happens in Low output, the headlamp blinks at Low output of Spot-and-floodlight mode to remind you to timely recharge the battery case.
Charging
- Uncover the anti-dust cap on the battery case and plug the USB Type-C side of the cable into the port on the battery case.
- When charging, the LED indicators will flash from left to right to display the charging status. The four indicators will be constant-on after charging is completed.
- With the lamp switched off, the normal charging time is about 2 hours from depleted to fully charged.
- Compatible fast-charging protocols: PD3.0/2.0; max charging power: 27 W.
Note: the headlamp can be operated while charging. Once charging is completed, be sure to unplug the cable and close the anti-dust cover.
Power Bank Function
- Uncover the anti-dust cap on the battery case and plug the USB Type-C side of the cable into the port on the battery case.
- When discharging, the LED indicators will flash from right to left to display the discharging status.
- The battery case will automatically stop discharging when the battery level is lower than 6.1 V.
- Compatible fast-discharging protocols: PD3.0/PD2.0; max discharging power: 20 W.
Note: the headlamp can be operated while discharging. Once discharging is completed, be sure to unplug the cable and close the anti-dust cover.
Battery Level Indication
With the lamp switched off, single click Switch B to check the battery status. Single click once again and the indicator(s) will go out immediately; otherwise the indicator(s) will last for 3 seconds.
- Four lights on: 100% - 80%
- Three lights on: 80% - 60%
- Two lights on: 60% - 40%
- One light on: 40% - 20%
- One light flashes: 20% - 1%

Headband Assembly
The headband is factory assembled by default. Adjust the headband by sliding the buckle to the required length.
Usage and Maintenance
- Disassembling the sealed parts can cause damage to the lamp and will void the warranty.
- Unplug the connecting cable to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
- Recharge a stored headlamp every four months to maintain the optimum performance of the batteries.
- The headlamp may flicker, shine intermittently, or even fail to illuminate due to poor battery level. Recharge the battery case. If that doesn't resolve it, please contact the distributor.
Warning
- Do NOT place this headlamp within the reach of children!
- Do NOT shine the headlamp directly into the eyes of anyone!
- Do NOT place the light head near flammable objects; high temperatures can cause objects to overheat and become flammable/ignite!
- Do NOT use the headlamp in inappropriate ways such as holding the unit in your mouth — doing so could cause serious personal injury or death if the headlamp or internal battery fails!
- This headlamp will accumulate a significant amount of heat while operating, resulting in a high temperature of the headlamp shell. Pay close attention to avoid burns!
- Turn off the headlamp to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
- The LEDs of this headlamp are not replaceable; the whole headlamp will need to be replaced when any of the LEDs reaches the end of its lifespan.
