It has been an exciting 6+ years developing and distributing competitive flashlights during this exciting period of time where LED's are progressing by leaps and bounds year after year. It has been a great and yet ongoing journey for me to get the best flashlights into as many people's hands as possible.
Fenix-Store.com had its beginnings in 2005 in the basement of our house and it has progressed into a full world-wide retail distribution. Fenix-Store.com is well known for its excellent customer service and the free world-wide shipping model which so many use everyday.
We are happy to announce that Fenix-Store.com has been purchased by a very capable group out of Oklahoma who have promised to meet or exceed the service that we've offered in the last 6 years. We actually had several opportunities which we turned down because they were not familiar with the type of service we provided as well as the close-knit customer base we have come to know and serve.
We will be making the transition in 10 days from November 29th to December 7th. The store will remain operational but shipping and processing of orders as well as pre/post-sales inquiries will be on hold until December 8th.
They will be handling all pre/post-sales inquiries as well as all dealers and RMA/service needs from December 8th on. Fenix-Store.com will operate as before with all accounts as before - so there will be no change for all our Fenix customers. Shipping will continue to be free to anywhere on earth.

Fenix stock update
We only received one part of our Fenix shipment in today. We're expecting that the rest of the shipment should arrive tomorrow so we can get your backorders processed and shipped!

Fenix has provided an update on the production of the HP10. They are still having issues with the final design, and they are looking to have it solved this week. However, if they cannot resolve the problem, they may need to redesign the headlamp, and this will of course add to the production time.
For now, we are leaving pre-orders for this light open so you can still reserve a spot "in line" for when the HP10 is available. As soon as we receive another update from Fenix, we’ll let you know!
LD10 and LD20 - now with clips!
Fenix is now producing their LD10 and LD20 models with attachable pocket clips! These pocket clips are steel coating with titanium. The clipped versions of these models are replacing the "old" clipless models on our store, and we are denoting the upgrade with a + after the name: LD10+ and LD20+
These clips are only compatible with the new + models, as Fenix has redesigned the body to give them a good fit. Also, the new + bodies are not reverse-compatible with the old LD10 and LD20 models.

Headlamp update: The Fenix HP10 lights have been delayed. Fenix has alerted us to delays in the production process of this new product. Currently they have no ETA but they will send us a notice with shipping information as soon as it's available.

CUSTOMER SERVICE BULLETIN: Paypal, our transaction handler, was down today for a few hours - not just for our store, but all over the web. This may have prevented many of you from checking out of our store. We're glad to report that this glitch seems to be over!
